Seminar Tanah Bahagian Negeri Sarawak, Bintulu, Sarawak. 21-22 April 2009. Is a good exposure to our Bisaya leader to understand the Sarawak Government Policy in developing our Country & Community. There some issue about NCR Land also has been question & put up by many participant and clearly answered by the speaker.
