George won the Mr Malaysia light heavyweight title in 2004, and is the current Mr Sarawak in the same category (85.1kg to 90kg).
Nolan was debuting in the light heavyweight division after dominating the light middleweight (75.1kg to 80kg) and middleweight (80.1kg to 85kg) for many years.
Simon Kiew was third. The winners will represent Kuching at the Mr Sarawak 2008 pageant in Miri next month.
Young competitor Dexter Wong won the light middleweight category with Yen Ek and Kiu Luong, second and third.
Dexter also won the junior category (under 21) with Ebby Waqqaoh taking second spot.
The bantamweight category (60.1kg to 65kg) went to Malvern Abdullah with Densi Ruaya and Carlos Diner Sidep, second and third.
Mohd Eroni won the welterweight (70.1kg to 75kg) ahead of Ahmad Bustaman and Choo Chung Siang.
In the Masters (above 45), Jili Amin was first with Carlos Diner Sidep the runner-up.
