Remarks : Just do like what my son do. Take a glass. If possible bigger the better or can fit the whole mouth in. Then shout inside the glass i think by this way your neighbor's also can't hear you are shouting. Haha ... See my son expression ... of tension ... i don't event know what he was thinking about.
