After openning Boulevard Hypermarket in Kuching every people in kuching having so many different view. Some body say "GOOD", "CAN GET THING CHEAP THERE","CAN GET EVERYTHING IN ONE ROOF" but there is some people also say "NOT GOOD". In term of the traffic there make me head x just imagine on the 2nd day opening i went there have to Q from 3rd mile fly over and just manage to park my car at the road side near Boulevard about 20-30 minute later .. :))
Not only consumer feel the impact but other competitor also will have a big impact just like Everise, H&L, Ngiu Kee, Parkson.
Just like me my self last time like to shop at H&L since I can collect my Real Reward Point there but now prefer shop at Boulevard since I can collect point there too and Member can get lower price for some item.
In miri after Boulevard Hypermarket opening there is a few Supermarket has been close since all the consumer prefer shop at Hypermarket.
In Kuching we just wait and see which Supermarket will close 1st. :))
